►step 3 Open The desktop Manager To Synchronize And Share Files, Data, Contacts, And More Between The Computer And The Blackberry. Connecting Via Bluetooth

►step 2 Select "manage Connections" On Your Curve And Turn On "bluetooth."

►step 3 On The Phone, Still In "manage Connections," Select "set Up Bluetooth." This Will Give You The Option To Either "search For Devices From Here" Or "allow Another Device To Find Me." Select To "search For Devices From Here." After It Finds The Computer It Will Ask You To Enter The Passkey. The passkey Is Your Phone's Pin. You Can Find The pin Number By Opening The Back Of The Blackberry And Looking Under The Phone Where The serial Numbers Are. The pin Number Will Also Be There. Enter That Number Where It Asks.

►step 4 In Your network Settings On Your Computer, Choose To Set Up A bluetooth Connection. This Will Prompt A Screen To Enter The Passkey. Use The Same passkey You Entered On The Phone. Now Your blackberry Curve Is Paired With The Computer And Will Be Automatically Recognized Each Time You Enable Your Phone's bluetooth Near The Computer.

►step 5 To Synchronize Your Blackberry Using The desktop Manager You Must Connect It Separately With The Software After Pairing The Phone With The Computer. Open The desktop Manager And Select "connection Settings."

►step 6 Select To "enable bluetooth Support," Then Hit "configure Bluetooth."

►step 7 Click "add..." To Start The Search For A Nearby bluetooth Device, Your Phone. The Search May Take Awhile.

►step 8 Once The Device Shows Up, Select It And Hit "ok." This Will Add It To The "bluetooth Devices" List. Hit "ok" On That Screen. The desktop Manager Will Now Be Synced With Your Blackberry.
