►step 1 Go To The Home Screen On Your Blackberry Pearl.

►step 2 Press And Hold The Asterisk (*) Key While On The Home Screen. Or Go To The Application List And Click "keyboard Lock."

►step 3 To Unlock The Keyboard, Press The Asterisk (*) Key And The "send" Key.
