Each Of These buckets Needs To Be Emptied At Least Once A Week.

step 2 Process...process Each Bucket By Starting At The Top, Deal With One Item At A Time, And Never Put Anything Back Into A Bucket. By The End Of This Process Every Bucket Should Be Empty. Meaning No Emails Left In Your Inbox, No text Messages Left On Your Phone, And No Messages On Your Voicemail.

step 3 Take Action...if An Item Requires An Action: Do It, Delegate It, Or Defer It.(consider Adding Date Sensitive Action Items To Your Calender)

step 4 Future Reference...for Items That Need To Be Stored For Later Reference, It's Recommended That You Use An Application Like Evernote. evernote Allows You To Access Stored Information From Any Internet Connected Computer Or Phone.
